Senior Account Manager
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Account Manager in the Hanoi area who will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic sales and customer account management, while collaborating closely with internal teams.
You will be responsible for generating B2B sales opportunities and achieving a high rate of successful sales closures for CAD/CAE and related products (including software licenses, engineering services, training, etc.), ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam (Work From Home)
Employment Type: Full-time. You will be employed through an EOR company.

Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Take initiative in generating and nurturing leads through regular customer visits, telephone calls, emails, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline—both directly and through appointed agents.
- Work hand-in-hand with technical teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, trade shows, etc., as necessary to gain product knowledge, expand the sales network, and create new business opportunities.
- Provide timely reports to your supervisors (daily and weekly sales activity reports, etc.).
- Perform any other duties as required from time to time by the management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience related to CAD/CAE sales in the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with local regulations and procurement processes in private and government organizations, as well as academic institutions.
- Proven track record in corporate sales of CAD/CAE products in the manufacturing sector.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Sales-focused, results-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record in account management.
- Business-level proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
