Duy Tan is a leading enterprise in Vietnam specializing in rigid plastic packaging and household plastic products. The Challenge

The geometries of Duy Tan’s packaging products—including bottles, caps, and containers—have become increasingly complex, accompanied by stricter functional requirements, thinner wall thickness targets, and greater diversity in materials. Meeting these evolving standards while maintaining mechanical performance such as top-load strength and sealing reliability posed significant challenges.

  • In many cases, traditional physical testing could not fully capture critical failure risks in early-stage designs, leading to time-consuming, costly mold modifications.
  • Additionally, the lack of integration between blow molding simulations and structural performance evaluations made it difficult to predict final product behavior with confidence.
