Real-time thermal monitoring and insights using Ansys Digital Twin

The rapid expansion of AI and high-density computing has significantly increased energy consumption in data centers, with cooling systems accounting for more than 30% of total power usage. Managing heat effectively is essential to ensure reliable operations, reduce energy costs, and meet sustainability goals. However, traditional monitoring and rule-based approaches often struggle to respond to changing thermal conditions in real time.

This webinar highlights how Ansys Digital Twin, together with CFD-based thermal models, enable real-time visibility into airflow and temperature behaviour inside data centers. By providing live thermal monitoring, early alerts, and what-if analysis, digital twins support smarter operational decisions. Attendees will learn how this approach helps optimize cooling performance, lower energy consumption, and ultimately reduce operational risks in modern data centers. digital_twin
